What Is an Associate Photographer?

An associate photographer is a trusted, professionally trained photographer who shoots on my behalf when I’m unavailable or when the event is better suited for associate coverage.

Every associate shooter:

• Is personally selected and trained by me

• Shoots with the same approach: relaxed, documentary, and emotionally driven

• Uses professional equipment and backup systems

• Works seamlessly within the Dorothy May Photography brand and experience

While your event is photographed by an associate, I remain involved behind the scenes — from preparation to final delivery.
