Create your timeline.
(This gives better indications of hours needed) 

  • 11:00 Ready shots for bride  (typically about an hour) 

    11:00 Ready shots for groom (typically about an hour with 2nd shooter) 

    Travel to church 5 mins 

    12:00  CEREMONY
    (typically about an hour or less) 

    1:00 Family photos (30mins) 

    2:00-3.30 Shots after the ceremony (bridal party is typically 1.5hrs) 

    Drive to reception 

    4:00 COCKTAIL HOUR
    (typically about an hour or less) 

    5:00 RECEPTION
    (one hour coverage)
